Position Summary:
The firm is looking for administrative support for the Partners and client service team in the New York office. The Administrative assistant will be responsible for communicating with Partners, Client Service Team and other service provider to ensure efficient day-to-day operations at the firm. They will support the Partners and client service team in office management and administrative duties. The must have a commitment to the interdependence of wealth and values.

The Administrative Assistant will be familiar with our investment philosophy, our sustainability work and our product offerings. They will be able to articulate our services, our investment philosophy and our sustainability vision to individuals, foundations and family offices.

Core duties and responsibilities:

➢ Manage day-to-day operations including answering phones, greeting guest, sending and sorting mail
➢ Maintain office organization
➢ Respond to daily client request
➢ Establish contact and maintain relationships with office suppliers and vendors to meet office's needs
➢ Manage Partners and Client Service Team's calendars and schedules
➢ Manage travel bookings for staff
➢ Organize general meetings
➢ Maintain organized filing system
➢ Participate in internal employee trainings as needed
