He/she is responsible for the preparation and portioning of salads, desserts, beverages and special patient snacks. The Food Services Worker is responsible for the set up and breakdown of cafeteria food and supplies at each meal and functions as the steam table server throughout the meal… period. Works the meal service by washing dishes and trays and storing them for future use. The Food Services Worker assembles daily nourishment orders and transports them to patient areas as required.
