Job Title: ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

Key Purpose of the Role:
This is a full time permanent position available as part of our Sales & Marketing Group. We are searching for a talented experienced Account Director, with a desire to join a growing company and gain excellent experience by further developing our US Sales team. The successful candidate will join a well established team of highly skilled hunters, supported by the entire team, focused on delivering a first class, unparalleled customer experience.

We need an innovative and highly motivated individual with strong knowledge of the Financial / Enterprise marketplace.

Principal Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of direct contributor experience selling to C-level executives and senior management in the financial vertical.
o Existing C-level contacts in assigned territory
- Demonstrated success in having sold one or more of the following:
o Managed WAN Solutions
o Financial Extranet Solutions (Exchange Connectivity)
o LAN/WAN Infrastructure
o Global Solutions
- A ‘hunter’ mentality and demonstrated proven track record for consistently exceeding revenue goals at current position
- Exceptional account management and contract negotiations skills required.
- Experience in consultative sales techniques and account planning (including account profiling, account positioning strategy, customer needs analysis, sales opportunity development, service improvement planning, and long range account management strategies.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate successful, solution oriented sales and support teams or third party agents will be a distinct advantage.

Person Specification:
Essential Skills & Experience (key competencies)

As Account Director you will be instrumental in driving the company's growth and exceeding revenue targets. This position is responsible for identifying and targeting key strategic corporate account opportunities and working individually and with your broader Sales Team to penetrate new markets and increase revenue within the assigned territory and customer base

Ø Experience at being a strategic member of account management team who contributes significantly to growth and development of the business.
Ø High energy level and demonstrated drive to succeed.
Ø Employment of ethical business practices required.
Ø Flexible individual capable of adapting in a high-growth dynamic environment.
Ø Strong personal leadership skills, including planning, goal-setting, resource allocation, objectives negotiation, team management techniques and group problem solving. Strong interpersonal skills.
Ø Develop and implements specific programs and account strategies consistent with the economic trends and environmental factors to position strategic products, strengthen competitive position, ensure client satisfaction, and meet/exceed revenue objectives.

JOB TITLE: SALES ENGINEER

Key Purpose of the Role:

The Sales Engineer is responsible for assisting the sales team in securing new business and growing existing accounts by providing accurate and timely technical documentation and face to face customer presentations. The Se is the primary technical point of contact for accounts.

Principal Responsibilities:

Ø Technical accuracy of an opportunity that is developed by Sales/ Sales Agent from initial pricing quotation to receipt of signed SOF from customer

Ø Resolve technical issue encountered during the provisioning process with the knowledge of how the circuit was quoted and sold. The SE is responsible for clarifying all technical aspects in the pre-sales stage from interface & routing requirement to coordinating capacity availability with Engineering

Ø Maintains contact with account at a functional level, focusing on the technical relationship

Ø Assists Account Executive in selling products or services

Ø Prepares formal proposals and presentations and presents to all levels of the organization

Ø Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technical developments that effect target markets

Ø Provides regular updates to senior sales staff regarding technical account issues

Ø Has credibility to influence at senior executives levels within target accounts

Ø Provide the sales rep with the required network designs for quotations and coordinates responses to RFI and RFP.

Ø Works with various departments within the Hibernia team to help resolve customer issues.

Ø Work with the Marketing and Engineering departments to develop new solutions/services

Experience

Ø Minimum 5 Years experience as an SE working for a telecommunications carrier, network equipment manufacturer, or network services provider

Ø Advanced knowledge of Fiber Optic Transmission, Wave Division Multiplexing, Synchronous Optical Networking/Synchronous Digital Hierarchy, Switching & Routing, and IP protocols

Ø Ability to conducting presentations effectively

Ø Must have a good understanding of the Telecom’s market and the competitive landscape
