No. To keep the cost to post jobs as low as possible, we have omitted phone support. We've found that email is the most effective way to communicate. We strive to respond to all inquiries immediately during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9 am - 9 pm EST). You can contact us here.
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover) can be used to pay online. A receipt will be sent to you by email immediately after you post jobs to our network.
Simply login to your Employer Account by clicking here and go to "Your Purchases" to view receipts for any multiple site job posting order.
Please email our billing department at billing@postjobsnow.com and they will send you a copy for your records.
Job postings do not automatically renew. They expire after the original 20, 30, or 60-day term. You can choose to manually renew your multiple site job posting when it expires at the same standard rate.
