After experimenting with different approaches, we've found that the fastest and most effective way to communicate with our customers is via email. We strive to respond to all inquiries right away during business hours. Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 9 am - 9 pm EST excluding holidays. You can contact us here to send us an email.
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover) can be used to pay online. A receipt will be sent to you by email.
Simply login to your Employer Account by clicking here and go to "Your Purchases". You will then see a button that says "View Receipt".
Please email our billing department at billing@postjobsnow.com and they will send you a copy.
Job postings do not automatically renew. They expire after the original job posting length of 20, 30 or 60 days runs out. You can however renew your job posting when it expires. Renewals cost the same as a new job posting.

When you submit a job posting to PostJobsNow it will automatically be sent to JuJu.com as a Sponsored Job Posting as well as a regular posting. Each job will be highlighted above the job search results when it closely matches a job seeker's search.

A job posting will usually take 24-48 hours to appear on all 100+ sites. When you edit your job description or remove a job it will also take about 24-48 hours for the changes to take place on all of the sites.
Yes. After you submit a job posting you will be sent a link to log in to your Employer dashboard. Once you log in you will see a listing of all of your jobs. You can then edit, copy or close your postings at any time. If for some reason you do not receive the email with the link click here to send us an email and we can resend it. Please make sure to check your spam or junk folder in case it was sent there by accident.
